From England - Looks like Jack Daniels just got a makeover! Slate 20 is the first Ready-to-Drink cooler with a whisky-bourbon base. Combined with lime and ginger and sold in 4 or 12 packs, this Tennessee classic just got a little tastier. What do you think?

They don’t make Slate 20 anymore, and this wasn’t made by Jack Daniels (they don’t make bourbon anyway, they make Tennessee whiskey). It was made by Diageo, a UK company. I wonder if its discontinuation is due to it being marketed as bourbon when it isn’t (Bourbon has to be made in the United States). I can’t imagine what a mixed drink with a whiskey base would taste like.
